Graduate Program Details
Graduate employees start with us in early March and early July.
Each new employee is paired up with a guide and a coach to help with a smooth transition into Deloitte life.
We provide the right kinds of tools and training to ensure all our graduates can achieve career success through mentoring, peer support and e-learning. Depending on your business unit, we offer the chance to develop further through professional study such as the Chartered Accountants Program and Masters of Tax.
Deloitte graduates take part in our graduate development program called D|Academy. D|Academy runs induction during the first week of the program specifically training grads in soft skill and technical training to get you prepared for life in professional services. The highlight event of the year is Breakthrough, an event not to be missed as all grads are brought together in two central locations across Australia to celebrate hitting the halfway mark. Meet with graduates from around the country and network with Partners from all business units.

Sending high performing analysts to top business schools
The Graduate School Assistance Program (GSAP) is designed to help send high performing consulting professionals to some of the top graduate schools, with the goal of enhancing the professional’s growth and development, and further supporting Deloitte’s mission to be the first choice of the most coveted talent. Typically, professionals work at Deloitte for three to four years, attend graduate school, and then return as Senior Consultants. Deloitte acceptance rates for the top 20 business schools are approximately three times the national average (based on data provided via Bloomberg's business school ratings, http://www.bloomberg.com/bschools/rankings/)

Job security
GSAP participants are extended an offer to return to Deloitte as Senior Consultants upon completion of their graduate degree.
Full tuition reimbursement
GSAP participants receive full tuition reimbursement after two years of employment at Deloitte following graduate school.
Technology stipend
GSAP participants are given a technology allowance upon departure to graduate school for computer-related purchases.
GMAT preparation
Deloitte negotiates discounts for graduate school entrance exam preparation classes.
Application support
Organized national and local Graduate School Preparation events, activities, and learning sessions to help practitioners in their graduate school applications. Participants have access to a dedicated Graduate School Preparation Web site that hosts tools, tips, references, and a wealth of additional information.
Direct interaction with MBA Admissions directors
An annual Graduate School Symposium with admissions directors/representatives from our approved MBA programs. This symposium provides an exclusive opportunity for applicants to interact directly with admissions officers from top schools.
Mentorship
Our formal National Mentorship Program matches analysts with Deloitte business school graduates to provide support and guidance throughout the process. Participants also have access to Deloitte’s extensive alumni network.
Internship support
Deloitte encourages participants to pursue a non-consulting summer internship during the summer between their first and second years of business school, but also provides them with the option of returning to Deloitte during the summer.
Eligibility
The GSAP is available to top-performing professionals who have consistently demonstrated strong consulting and leadership capabilities for a minimum of two years with Deloitte Consulting LLP. Application and acceptance to the GSAP must precede the graduate school application and enrollment process.
